This returns policy forms part of our standard terms and conditions of use. Because Mugnolia is a print-on-demand business, only items that are faulty are eligible for returns and/or replacements. We do our best to inspect and ensure quality products, if you feel there is a manufacturer's fault with any of our items we will investigate with our manufacturers and/or suppliers and try to resolve the matter.
Please note we cannot accept returns or give refunds on any custom or personalized goods.
All our products are shipped uninsured via a third party and therefore we cannot be responsible for damages incurred during shipping. However, we will do our utmost to carefully package your goods to ensure there is little chance of damage during shipping. If there is a shortage on your order, errors or you are unsure whether an item is returnable, please email us with your order number at email@example.com as soon as possible.
